We’re just a message away if you need anything—but otherwise, the place is all yours!
Guest access
:door: Guest Access – Enjoy exclusive access to the entire attic studio, including the kitchenette, bathroom, living space, and laundry facilities. It's a private place no stove however there is an air fryer. You're welcome to bring a small burner to cook meals with small basic kitchen basics.
Other things to note
:feet: Pet Policy – Pets are welcome! A dog kennel is available upon request, with a water bowl and food bowl provided. If you’d like someone to check on your pets, we offer the following services:
$25 for a 30-minute drop-in (one time)
$35 for two visits
$45 for up to three visits per day.
Maximum of two pets.
I also provide dog boarding and dog sitting services for stays over 3 days, with proper advance notice for all-day events.
:no_smoking: Positive No-Smoking Policy – For the health and comfort of all guests, including myself (due to severe asthma), we kindly ask that smoking be kept at least 10 feet away from the house and vents. This ensures everyone can enjoy the space fully. I truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a clean, fresh environment for all!
