The Overlook on Mt Sequoyah~ Hot Tub~ 1mi from UofA campus and downtown!
10/10 Excellent
"This house was well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Great large sized towels, huge hot tub, cookware, laundry soap, etc. The view over the mountain was great. We even saw a deer. I would highly recommend this rental. "
Farmer's Market Flair! Steps to downtown Fayetteville Square
10/10 Excellent
"Great communications - the unit was very clean - had a few items complimentary in the fridge which were a bonus. Loved the Christmas Tree. Highly recommend this place!"
"Perfect location for our group of sisters and spouses. House was immaculate and well prepared. Two washers and dryers. Full size refrigerators in each apartment which was great for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Each had an outdoor balcony with comfortable chairs. Every bedroom had a bathroom and TV. Beds were comfortable. The house was decorated “industrial decor” but with really cute touches. My apartment had a sofa that was not as comfortable as the others, but good enough for TV. We were in Fayettville for a wedding. House is on a very busy street, but inside it was quiet - Especially at night because all rooms are in the rear of the house. We all seemed to gather in the downstairs apartment. Room was large enough for the 6 of us, plus family members who would stop by. Entry through the parking in the rear led into one bedroom down stairs. Since we were not using it, was not a problem. You could enter the house through the front door and go to each apartment without disturbing any of the other apartments. Would definately recommend and would stay here again. "
