"We absolutely loved Masseria Torre Saracena and were so happy to have booked our stay here. The building is an elegantly restored historic stone structure. Each room has a small private balcony with views of the surrounding valleys, hills, town of Aggrigento, and ocean in the distance. We also had a view from the bathroom window of the stone cliffs behind us.
The property is located in the foothills outside of Aggrigento, very conveniently located to town and all of the Valley of the Temples...

"Beautiful view. AC works well and due to large windows facing South you will need it. I would recommend that the proprietor provide more eating utensils in the common area. Spoons forks knives napkins and a sink. Also the light goes off after two minutes which is very annoying "

"Staying at Daphne house is a must. First, other reviews are 100 correct, as this property is superbly clean, decorated, and taken care of. There is even a lift for accessability. "We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, we observed some maintenance concerns, specifically the presence of hairs on the mattress protector, which required us to place a blanket between the bedsheet and the protector. Hotel management acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience."

"Luigi and employees were friendly and respectful and made us feel right at home.
We had dinner both nights and breakfast as well which was included. The dinner’s were delicious and the patio is lovely. Be sure to keep some Euros to pay for dinner on checkout.
The rooms were nice - watch out for low ceilings! Perfect spot to visit the Ruins!

"We were happily surprised at the beauty, elegance, and remarkable service. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we had the breakfast included with our stay and it was just perfect. The hotel sits on a small lovely town square— you have the feeling of staying in a small village with world-class service. The Valley of the Kings is 15 mins away and the hotel staff, unfailingly polite and helpful, made sure we knew how to get there. Thanks for a great stay. "
