Melt those achy muscles away with a Hot tub to die for in a totally private gated back yard!

There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need, we literality tried to think of everting you would need to cook for you, your family and friends.

Love coffee? We have you covered. The endless coffee bar starts with a Keurig automatic drip coffee pod combo, coffee grinder with some of the smoothest tasting beans that you grind and brew. Bit of a coffee artisan, we have pour over and French press. There is also a big selection of Green Mountain coffee pods as well. More of a tea connoisseur, we didn’t forget you, there’s a full selection of teas and herbal teas, along with a copper ceramic electric kettle.

2 dedicated workspaces, printer, office chairs with lightning fast, Internet service.

Incredible outdoor cooking area ! You’re not going to find a more extensive outdoor cooking experience! The patio is lined with a Traeger, Blackstone combo air fryers, propane Weber grill, and a disco.

We have partnered with other local chefs, guides, and outdoor activity providers to help you get the most out of your stay. Need a massage? Exclusive in home personal licensed Massage therapist by Cheyenne available at Casa De Monteagle. Please message me for more details.

The laundry room has top of line industrial Speed, Queen, washer, and dryer.

The garage is spacious with beautiful epoxy floors. Park your car, truck, SUV, motorcycles, mountain bikes, ATVs, and boats.

There is dedicated RV and boat parking.

Pets: No Pets unless negotiated. If you have pets it is your responsibility that you make sure you pay the pet fee from VRBO booking site. Our pet fee is $400 deposit and 1/2 returned after cleaning. The inside of the home needs to be clean and all dog waste cleaned up outside.

We highly recommend purchasing guest travel stay insurance for longer stays with us. November, December, January and February can be very cold with snow fall. Please keep this in mind. Please read our cancellation policy:
Moderate: 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in.

Prefect in every way

This property was absolutely perfect in every way. The house is beautiful and clean, the backyard is spacious, the beds were comfortable. We will rent this property again when staying in Farmington.

Farmington Fun

My adult children and I enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. It was centrally located and felt like coming home at the end of our day visiting the sites in New Mexico. Very comfortable for playing games and relaxing in the evening. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Large modern house with many amenities. Location is convenient to Bisti Badlands and Four Corners area. Nice neighborhood in a quiet residential area.

Weekend stay

We stayed at this home for a short weekend to attend a wedding. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was clean and well stocked. Everything was as described. It is close to all the stores or any place you need to go to. I would stay here again.Thank you Fabian for lending us your home for the weekend.

Wonderful House

This was a beatiful house. It had so much space and was very clean. They hot tub was nice and clean. It is was a nice and quiet neighbood. Owner communicated well.

Our Mini Family Reunion

We went home to visit my nieces and nephews and our brother and sister in law. It was a joint family getaway with me and my sister and our husbands. We took our dogs so it was truly a family trip. It was relaxing and restful and over all a wonderful experience.

Wonderful spot in Farmington

The home is well equipped with thoughtful touches. Alexa to play music and charging stations for devices were much appreciated. Master suites on opposite sides of home provide ideal privacy. The furniture is comfortable and the hot tub is wonderful. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property in the middle of a housing development. Only issues we had were the hot tub quit and the jacuzzi didn’t work. Manager’s were great and fixed the hot tub the next day but had not told us before booking that the jacuzzi was not working.

A Lovely Jem in Farmington

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful jem in Farmington, NM. It’s a beautiful home with lovely decor and many fantastic accommodations that are included in the home. The home was very clean, organized and not cluttered. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. My family and I had plenty of space and my parents felt very comfortable which is very important to me. The location is so convenient and close to the country club. Fabian, our host, was very kind and very helpful. We absolutely loved this home and really enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Large, comfortable home

Our group (5 adults) recently over-nighted at Casa de Monteagle on our way to Chaco Culture National Park. It was comfortable, quiet, and with ample space to relax. The property was very clean and stocked with amenities to make our stay very comfortable. One small issue was the heavily scented cleaning fluids used throughout the home. This might appeal to some or be an irritant for others. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for the reasons outlined!

Perfect home away from home!

The house is immaculate very cozy and comfortable. The owner has thought of everything .. from the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding, beautiful patio. He has chargers for everything if you forgot one. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy to get around with numerous restaurants, grocery stores etc within a few minutes. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the house as we were out and about most of the time. Highly recommend this VRBO and owner Fabian who was very receptive.

Like staying at home!

Everyone has different levels of expectations for home rentals, but having stayed in seven rental homes on our two week driving adventure, Casa de Monteagle was THE BEST. They have 100% guarantee on cleanliness, but it was so clean, no need for a guarantee. It was decorated for the season, and they left treats for guests. We all enjoyed that the furniture was nice, with plenty of towels and it was just nicely furnished in general. They thought of all of the amenities and toiletries, and we appreciated the tv’s in every room, and they had nightstands and lamps by every bed, as well as outlets nearby. Beautiful and comfortable entire home.

That was our second long stay in this house, and we really loved it. It feels like home, and we enjoyed every day of our stay. We also loved the neighborhood; it's very peaceful and quiet, and the shopping and restaurants are just 5 minutes away (by car).

I stayed at this house for a month while working on a project nearby, and honestly—it was fantastic. The place had absolutely everything we needed (and things we didn’t know we needed until we found them). Super comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a longer stay. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to come back for nearly three months. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and clean house

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabian's place! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was a great launching spot for visits to Mesa Verde, chaco canyon, as well as things in Farmington. It was nice to have such a comfortable place to come home to after adventures. Our dogs loved it as well!
