"Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space. 4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear. This condo is in need of some maintenance which has been addressed with the management company. Once that is done, this will be a great place to...

"Our stay was nice. The location is great. There are a couple of things that should be attached to. One or more of the stove knobs is broken, which makes using some of the burners unsafe. There is at least one of the kitchen pullouts that is broken. The freezer smelled like fish. Please stoke tissues for the house. We had one partial box. We still had a nice stay and would stay here again in the future."

"This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside)."

"Our stay in downtown Durango was great. The condo was just as advertised. Booking was easy as was communication with manager. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The condo was clean, lovely, and well appointed. The view from the living room was great. The condo was right in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk to shopping, bars and restaurants. The garage parking was secure. We will stay in this condo again."

"Beautiful clean property in a great location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will be renting it again if we come back to the area. The only thing I would warn against is that the parking is a little tight so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large vehicle."
