Nestled peacefully in the country, this New construction 1 bedroom with open loft, full bath including washer and dryer, full kitchen, and deck will rejuvenate you! The bedroom has a queen bed and loft has two twins. Plenty of room for additional blow up mattresses if needed. The deck over looks a pasture with roaming Texas cattle. Minutes from downtown Farmersville where the Chaparral Trail begins at the Onion Shed. Lake Lavon is minutes away for boating, fishing and lake life. A quick drive to Greenville, Wylie, or McKinney for great shopping, restaurants and night life.
