"Good hotel, more like 3 star. Check in and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Paid for breakfast but it was very mediocre. It’s a 20 minute walk to the city centre."

"Room was beautiful but smelled a bit musty. Especially the closet. It’s a super old but beautiful building. Staff was outstanding. It was clean overall and the restaurant is spectacular due to view. Food is excellent too. Wait staff was fabulous as was bartender. The decor in hotel is lovely. Location is fantastic right near El Alhambra. Would definitely stay here again."

"No self parking as advertised. Either get lucky to have 1 if the few places at the hotel for $28.00 or park in the Alhambra parking for the same price, no other option. The upgrade with Terrace/balcony with mountain view was a waste of money. Balcony facing a wall and roof with view of HILL on the side. Very disappointing since there are gorgeous mountains close by."

"maybe it's the American in me, but a hotel that does not offer, hair conditioner, tissues, body lotion & a functioning bathroom door is just a NO. Furthermore, the bathroom door is glass, which lets in all the light from outside, so when you're in the sleeping area, the room darkening shades become null & void bc of the light streaming in from the bathroom. The hotel asks for a deposit for pool towels?! I am currently in a boutique hotel in Ronda & the pool towels are waiting for me in the bathroom. Would NOT return, cannot recommend."

"Good location around 20 mins walk from the old town. Room was a great size as was the balcony. It’s a quiet hotel and the bed was really comfy. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The pool area is stunning, there were plenty of loungers by the pool. The greenery made it feel extra special and even more relaxing. The hotel is a little bit dated in its decor but it was still nice. There was no kettle in the room and the shower was a little bit temperamental but we were only there for one night so didn’t raise it with the staff. All in all a great stay for visiting all the sites and well connected to transport links."
