We confirmed courtesy transportation from the airport to the hotel several times, but no one was ever available to provide transportation as promised. Don't offer a service if you have no intention of providing it.

front desk girl was wearing PJ bottoms. the hot tub was closed and no one notified us. pool had things floating in it so we could not use it. there was hair in the tub and the door did not lock. we did reach out to Expedia to get a refund from the hotel but the hotel declined. will not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent, the Lobby is nice. It's very outdated and the showerhead was not very useable, kept slipping to the side and spraying the wall. The room was clean.

Comfortable beds, but place needs remodeled
We got to the hotel after supper and went to our room. The room was ok, everything seemed well worn and in need of updating. We were excited to get to relax in the hot tub and pool. When the wife went to the pool it was dark so she went to the front desk and was told to just turn the lights on(with an attitude). When I got to the pool area, the hot tub was not working. So I got into the pool. It was so cold I got goosebumps. I spent an hour in the pool and still had goosebumps from the cold. The pool area was very dingy, tiles were broken and it looked black where they were missing, paint was peeling near the exit door, and there was rust stains that had ran down, indicating they had been there for a long time. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. The breakfast was good and I did enjoy it. Not sure if I would stay here again until it is remodeled.

I had to call 5 times for the airport shuttle and it took one hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to show up. Both coffee pots were empty in am. No hot breakfast items were provided. I scheduled a shuttle for am ride, and they had no record. I nearly missed my flight. Overall terrible experience

Consider other hotels nearby for better quality.
This is quite out-dated hotel. It's okay but not worth the price charged given the alternative hotels nearby.

Thanksgiving three day stay
I had a three night stay. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. No cleaning service. Had to ask every day for towels. Absolutely no hot water on the last morning. The breakfast room started at 5am which was great and it had a nice selection.

Close to the dome and walkable! The front desk was well prepared to get people checked in and moving to their rooms in the quickest manner possible it was very smooth!

Door didn't lock refused to help
Door to adjoining room didn't lock, staff tried to help and couldn't fix it was told booked up, called management and was told they won't use room next door but we couldn't move or get key to adjoining room I couldn't find any hotel room in city so had to stay denied any suggestion to fix problem and feel safe. Management on phone said I was rude and mean and they would kick us out, said calling manager. Front desk called half hour later asking if maintenance can fix problem. 2 hours after check-in Door fixed and someone checked into adjoining room 10 minutes later. Refuse to help resolve problem refuse to look for different room for us refuse to even discount night stay would only cancel reservation.

The stay was fine, but the breakfast was disappointing. Many items, including coffee, were unavailable. Nobody was in the area to report this to, or at the front desk. Maybe they were short-staffed?

The front desk seemed genuinely annoyed to have to come out of the back room to check us in and we could him hear him swearing when he had to come back out to give us bedding for the pull out sofa bed because there wasn’t any in the room. The pool was closed, would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Carpets were filthy. The pipes in the shower made a high pitch shrieking noise and barely had any water pressure. “Continental” breakfast was less than impressive. Our TV didn’t have a remote so we had to figure out how to even turn it on or just not use it. The only positive thing about this experience was the comfy bed.
