"Second time coming to this amazing stone cottage retreat. Such privacy, access to a beautiful river for a refreshing dunk after a day exploring the area. Perfect location for getting into Collingwood and Takaka. Golden Bay not far as well to explore by kayak. Just sitting in the morning and evening listening to birds swoop around is worth the booking alone! "

"The online guest form did not work for me, but the host did communicate directly with me.The house is average, obviously a bach that has been added on to. It very much needs a face lift as it’s dark, no window coverings, lights that don’t work, and worst of all, a shower that is only ever luke warm and floods the place.The outside is very scruffy and untidy.A shame, as the location next to the beach is very good."
