This accommodation is in the middle of Collingwood. There's a small barber shop at the front on the road side, the accommodation is behind this shop. There was a very strong gusty wind when we were there, you sure feel the elements when there, Kahurangi 's mountains and Collingwood beach are stunning, the location is beautiful. The accommodation itself is ok and has some great features but can definitely do with some updates. Especially some furniture needs replacing such as dining chairs and couches. The shower was great!

Short trip with Dad

The place was clean and tidy, well set up for a large group. Sadly my Dad and I arrived late at night so didn’t get to really experience the property much but I could imagine it being a wonderful escape for a big family or group of friends to enjoy. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the local pub/restaurant as well as the Farewell Spit tour company (which is why we were late arriving). Great backyard and access to water for kayaking or swimming. The hosts were quick and thorough in their responses so I felt good about booking with them.

Gorgeous little place right on the water front. Had everything we needed and accommodated six of us nicely. Right beside the boat ramp and communication with the owners was quick & easy. Will be back :)
