"Pleasant stay- clean room- grounds are beautiful. A little confusing to find.. it is in the middle of an RV resort, we got the keys from the gate guard after asking for directions. Super quiet and pretty facility! Would definitely stay again!"

"Have stayed here on two occasions and is clean and right in the middle of Rita Ranch. Cool in summer as main living area is bright but not facing sun. Two main living rooms on each side of kitchen is very nice floor plan. Quite neighborhood, pet friendly."

"Yard was covered in dog poop that they said someone would come to clean up and never did. I could let me child enjoy the years and it had just rained so it was very potent. They also only had one towel per bathroom and three pool towels. You should have enough to at least cover the maximum number allowed at the property. We also couldn’t find any cleaning supplies at all to even wipe down after ourselves as we try to keep things tidy. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Each room also had a sound machine and that was a nice touch. The pool also wasn’t that clean and the timer it was on wasn’t running long enough to clean it up. "
