I’ve been to several hotels this summer and most don’t have the AC on until you get there and insert your key. They definitely go the extra mile. "Maria is the absolute best person to have wait on you during mealtime. She is friendly, helpful, and remembered our breakfast drink orders every morning. She is an absolute gem at the hotel along with all of the other staff. Everyone was extremely kind and willing to help with anything we needed. The PHOS restaurant was absolutely delicious, but I think the staff are what made the trip effortless and enjoyable for us. Thank you!"
