"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very satisfied with our stay at “Sands of Time”, Great House! The location is exactly what we wanted, right on the beach, it was beautiful. It is up north from Corolla so take what you need if you don’t want to drive back but we enjoy driving on the beach so really not a concern of ours. We were very happy with the house condition, very clean, great condition, and had great amenities. The property management (Laura) was excellent, she was very responsive and helpful in all aspects. You can’t go wrong staying here, enjoy the beach and if it gets to hot just walk a short distance back to house use the outdoor shower, jump in the pool and don’t forget to crab your favorite refreshment from the Tiki bar! I would stay here again “NO QUESTION”!"

"We took a 3 day vacation with extended family for the first time. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home (each bedroom had it's own bathroom) was absolutely what we needed. It's different levels allowed for privacy if you wanted that but also had a huge living/kitchen/dining area with with decks . There was also a second living area on the level with 3 of the bedrooms. Every level had a deck where we spent a lot of time. The 3 and 6 year old were having a ball between the beach, pool and hot tub. Everyone wants to do it again next year!"

"The whole family (my wife, two grown daughters, husbands and two granddaughters) went down to Nomad dunes for the second year in a row. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have space when wanted even though we were all together most of the time either at the beach, pool or family room. Everyone did not want to leave when the week was up and that says it all. The host is great answering any questions in a timely manner. In summation the house is very large, clean and well stocked. 2 years in a row and no interest in trying any other location. Thank you Mike and Chelsea for creating a location that creates great memories. See you next year."
