Rooms weren’t the cleanest but I been at worst. The only problem was that my boyfriend paid for a birthday cake and they didn’t even had it ready he had to call them like 3 times and they never hang the Happy Birthday tag on the door which I never saw why was that such a hard thing to do. Some staff members were amazing and friendly others not so much. Beach was too rocky to even get in it and the nicer part was in VIP side which we had no clue that was a thing until we were already in the hotel for a whole day. But, the nice thing was that even though they had a kids side the kids were the most behaved kids at a resort. Most of the amenities are on the kids side but that was not too much a problem. They really need a beach bar and have it open like 24 hrs because the last bar closes at 2:00 am. Pools need to be open for longer too.

This place was average at best. The food here is awful! The drinks here are basic. The staff is hit or miss. The mini bar in the room is never restocked. Also, hope you don't accidentally forget something in your room. I had left AirPods behind. Try calling, you can never get to resort just booking agencies. Emailed them with no response. Used the "FindMy" to track AirPods they're on the other side of island. Clearly housekeeping was enjoying them until I deactivated them. Overall this is a basic resort with basic staff, drinks and awful food.

This was my second time going to Ocean Eden Bay. My family and I went last year for my dad’s birthday, we had an amazing time. The staff were friendly and attentive, the services were great. So I decided to go once again for my birthday, I was so disappointed with the staff and the service. We waiting at the bar for minutes while there’s staff socializing with each other. We were not acknowledged until we had got something, even then we waited while they continued their conversations before they can service us. Disco ( the night club ) the bartenders were great. The restaurants- we finished our complete meal before someone can even bring something for us to drink. I even witnesses a bartender in the lobby catching attitude with two guest because they asked to be serviced. He then walked away and came back minutes later leaving the bar with no service. I went my my family whole stayed at Ocean Coral Spring, we spent a lot of time in the pool on their side. There was one specific bartender, Jevorn- who refused to service us everytime we went to the bar. He would repetitively tell us we have to come out of the pool and go to the bar in the outside, meanwhile he’s servicing all the females and the other guest that were there. He went out of his way to find beer for other guest but told us they were closed. Overall, my second experience was not great here. I would never recommend this resort to anyone, nor would I stay here again.

Loved staying at this resort! Everything was a 10/10. There are so many restaurants to Choose from and the staff was very nice and helpful. My only negative thing about this resort is that it was about 45-50 mins away from Montego Bay. So the rides were very long to excursion and etc. Also the room service was very slow and took over hour to get to you. I will definitely be back!
