Guests are welcomed into a soothing coastal space where the private terrace becomes your own little lookout, with peaceful garden outlooks and a sea view from the terrace itself. With a Super King bed, contemporary interiors, high‑end amenities, parking, laundry facilities and dedicated storage. A serene, adults‑only hideaway for unwinding by the Falmouth coast.
    KEY FEATURES
    Detached and on the first floor, this loft style apartment offers single‑level living across three light filled airy rooms. The layout makes excellent use of its approximate 30 sqm footprint with a clever open‑plan design and large skylight windows.
    GARAGE
    Additional conveniences are located in the garage beneath the terrace, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, sun loungers, beach furniture and hiking poles. Also with dedicated bicycle and motorcycle storage and electric bike charging.
    PARKING
    Gated parking and an EV charging point are provided.
    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    We offer a large 50" smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

    Premium cotton linens and comfortable goose‑down bedding are included, with hypo‑allergenic options available on request.

Schon die Ankunft in diesem kleinen, aber großartigen Mini-Zuhause auf Zeit war überwältigend, es warteten schon Wein, Blumen und Obst auf uns. Die Gastgeber sind sehr offen und freundlich, dabei feinfühlig auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste eingehend. Die Wohnung selber ist blitzsauber, geschmackvoll und überragend ausgestattet und hatte das beste Bett unserer Reise. Da man nur Vögel und Meeresrauschen hört, kann man dort wunderbar schlafen. Die Lage ist überhaupt perfekt- zwischen zwei (wirklich!) fussläufigen Stränden mit tollen Cafes und Strandbars gelegen, direkt am Coastpath, nah zur Stadt und dem Hafen.. und all den anderen unendlichen Dingen, die man dank der überragend vorbereiteten Gästemappe erleben und besichtigen kann.
