"This hotel was great. Definitely a wonderful rating on Hotels.com. I don’t always find that hotels that are rated “wonderful “on Hotels.com are what I would call wonderful. This place earns the rating. The rooms are clean, freshly remodeled, and spacious with a kitchenette. The price was reasonable. The location is beautiful. Not far from the Palmer parking lot for the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. I would definitely stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here before as I was on a budget then. Now for my second stay while it’s affordable I probably won’t stay here again. It’s a very typical motel not a hotel. And I’ve never stayed anywhere that had such LOUD ice makers. And they were being used every five minutes. And no elevators so if you have luggage or trouble with stairs you’ll need to request the first floor. The second floor half of it smells of curry. And the breakfast is the exact same thing every day and not that inspiring. If you have kids and are on a budget it’s fine but I’ll upgrade next time I’m at the cape."

"We enjoyed our stay. The location and view is fantastic. We used the bikes once to ride to dinner. Our room was nice and spacious. Only negative is a lot of light comes into the room at night due to the balcony lights staying on and various lights from the fridge and smoke alarm. Would have a loved a coffee maker in the unit. Had to wait till 7am to get a coffee from the bakery truck outside."
