Separate Toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (in garage). Large garden with patio, terrace, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Shared use of owner’s grounds. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond on the grounds. The garden is sloped and has steps.. Keepers Cottage is a detached cottage beside the owner’s home. This truly is a beautiful yet traditional cottage set in a sheltered position overlooking the Bosanath Valley in a beautiful 9-acre garden with additional facilities in an outer garage, including the use of the small freezer as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer. On the inside you’ll be welcomed by a comfortable living space with woodburner and a double and twin bedroom ready to cosy up in after a long day adventuring.

The area is close to the Helford river, perfect for exploring the creeks including Trenarth Creek, and is ideal for visiting the rugged north coast and coves and harbours of the south coast. Beautiful sandy beaches and coves, less than 10 minutes’ drive. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 2 miles.

Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
