"Room was dirty and bar area needs refurbished. All staff were very nice apart from one bar man who was rude and needs to learn to smile. Food was awful, the dish I ordered was missing a key ingredient and was barely edible. It’s a good location for Edinburgh Airport but pricey for what it offers. "

"Lovely hotel, the lounge area down stairs is nice and chilled. We loved the freindly and helpful staff. The lifts are abit slow, but if your patient and allow time its ok. Only one lift was working when we stayed and it was a wee wait to get a lift. However this did not take away from it being a lovely and relaxed stay."

"I had a lovely stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow, this was my first time staying there, the hotel looked modern and had great decoration.The breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were always friendly, I booked a standard twin for myself and my sister and it was comfy and convenient, the shower had excellent water pressure and the A/C worked great. Just beware that when arriving very early in the morning like 6 am, you are not allowed to stay in the lobby area as this happened to myself, I was told by the night reception team that I was not allowed to stay in the lobby whilst waiting for check in. The reception team were nice and check-in/check-out was efficiently done, as a receptionist myself, it was good to see. I'm also very happy that my early check in request was approved prior to arriving for my stay. "
