"View was amazing the only highlight. The property was very dated. The table had remnants of food on it and the bin had not been emptied from the previous guests. It was 1 degree that night with no option to turn the heating on so we slept in our clothes as it was freezing!! The bath had a permanent dirty mark on it as im sure it had been there from day 1. Like I said the view was amazing and the recetionist was friendly but those were the only good point."

"Beautiful stay, we absolutely loved it. Our cottage was a little dusty and the light up mirror in the bathroom didn't work, but staff were really helpful and we enjoyed our stay nonetheless."

"Our third year taking the Farmhouse, annex and the Cottage. This year we felt upgrades (mainly very limited charging sockets (USB etc) - we going 2 in a farmhouse bedroom - o didn’t check the annex or cottage. The decorating appears not to have been done for sometime, some of the windows in need of replacing. On the outside wall of the Cottage there appears to be a boiler - the cover of this was lying on the grass and by the looks of the grass under it it had been mown around it rather than pick it up."

"I stayed with Atholl Estates for the 2nd time. We had a great trip. The location is very good with good access to local amenities in Pitlochry. We encountered a few issues with midges, but the Estate office was prompt to help sort the issue out. I would stay with Atholl Estates again."

"The hunting guides were very good, friendly and motivated. The nature and Old Blair are truly stunning. Suggestions for improvement: there’s no grill. Some mattresses — for example in the 2nd floor left — should be replaced, as they’re worn out/sagging. A welcome snack and drink would certainly make for a friendly reception."

"A lovely, cosy cottage. Very comfortable and well equipped. It was spotless. Set in a lovely peaceful spot until the trains went past. This didnâ€™t deter our pleasure as we enjoyed watching them. Would not hesitate to go back. One of the best cottages we have stayed in."
