The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure the hot tub is covered and secured. If it required immediate attention (green, foamy etc) please notify immediately :)
Please notify of any breakage or damage to the property so we can address asap.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Hot tub must be covered when not in use. Guests must shower off sunscreen, moisturizers, tanner etc prior to using the tub. Drain fee = $250
Unauthorized guests not on reservation = $250/person/night No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10-8 (no music outside after 9pm)
Undisclosed pets (including service animals) will incur a fee of $250 for the stay. This does not include damage to the property, if applicable.
