"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."

"Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Can’t review food as the restaurant was closed but the food at the service station (in the same building) was good and the staff were very helpful and nice. "
