Very noisy as of 7am because of big construction site next door. The pool water is milky/murky. Breakfast is rather disappointing for a 4-star resort. Staff is not very friendly. Otherwise my room was very large and comfortable and the grounds are well maintained."

"We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes!
The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...

"Absolutely stunning location and property! Pandanus reminds me of the resorts in Cancun and other parts of Mexico! We are staying in the bungalow and its gorgeous, steps away from the beach! The bungalow is in itself well designed and the decor is amazing. Love the bathtub outside the bathroom, not forgetting to mention the very romantically laid out bed!!"
"The room was clean, large and spacious, and the staff were friendly; loved the fruit and yogurt breakfast, but I was ess than plewsed with the fried spring rolls and fish pancake dish I had for dinner. The tucked-away location, a street more like an alley way off the main road, added to its charm. I recommend it. It was an excellent value."
"Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property.
So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie."
