"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"

There’s tons of common area and swimming pools that makes things feel not crowded at all. Fantastic bath and body products, great amenities. The only flag is that there were two days in our stay where we had limited access to some of the facility, especially the infinity pool. "
