Very private and clean beaches area at new coast Oceanside. The services and the front desk lobby staff are very helpful and friendly. My family will plan to visit the Chancellor Hotel again.

We stayed here for 4 days and we extended our stay for another 5 days because everyone are so helpful and very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing! Staffs are wonderful. They answered all our questions and we had some complications in the beginning and all the staff was so patient. Pool is so nice as well, I definitely recommend this place

The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff.

My stay was all perfect! My room was super clean and well organized. All items were well- kept and maintained. It's as if everything is brand new. WiFi was also super fast! Most of the staff were respectful and very helpful. Last minute booking for transfer was amazing! I can't complain anything at all. Everything they've done were above and beyond. I will defintely come back for more. 200% guaranteed!

It was really nice hotel to stay. The room is beautiful, like the gym and I also run outside which is great place to run. The cafe for breakfast is great especially the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. The beach is walkable and they a Van service going to Dmall and pick up. Overall my stay is great. My suggestion only is that I hope they have there own E-trike for short distance drive. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here, and the majority of the staff were very helpful (particularly Violet at reception). The room is very clean and modern, as are the pool and gym. However, the food is expensive and was on the whole fairly average quality. Furthermore, some of the breakfast staff were pretty rude. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for two ‘stained’ towels, which were just used and only required a light wash. This felt a little cheeky and unprofessional, however, we did not end up paying in the end.

The new resort is located in a beautiful quiet area of Boracay with free shuttle to D mall. The resort has great breakfast options and a buffet also. I've never met so many wonderful kind and caring people in my lifetime. Make the right choice I. Boracay and stay at the Chancellor resort. Oh...the views of the beach area and the country side are breathtaking!
