Everything was wonderful. Jacuzzi was nice and warm and the house overall was comfortable. Felt just like home. Thank you very much would definitely do it again
We had a great time in this spacious cabin. The hot tub is a highlight as you can relax and watch the stars. Our dog loved the property and so did we. The cabin is remote but is a short drive away from the grocery, breweries and restaurants. We will stay here again.
The listing was exactly as advertised. The cabin was extremely clean, the hot tub was great, and it was close to many things to do like Quandary Peak, Breckinridge, and is just outside of Fairplay (where the town of South Park is based off of). The owner was extremely communicative and I hope to go back again soon with friends!

Beautiful
Beautiful location and cabin! I know the cabin is dog friendly and so are we but there was dog hair in the sheets. Other than that it was a very nice place!
Very nice stay at this secluded, well-maintained mountain house. This house is very clean and updated. The kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms too. This area is beautiful. We headed west about 10 minutes down the road and hiked the Pika Trail - very nice views and a cool hike.
We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great setting to just relax and have a soak.
Russ was an excellent host too, great communication. Definitely recommend this place!
This property was in the perfect location! it was quiet and spacious. The beds and bedding were fantastic, super comfy. Perfect distance from a couple of different mountain towns that allow you to go multiple places during your stay. Having it be pet friendly was a huge plus, my dog loved the extra space compared to our one bedroom apartment. The stairs were a little steep and you can fall down them easily if you're not careful. It could have been a little cleaner and there were also a few repairs needed but overall nothing that affected our stay. We will be back for sure!
We had maintenance people all week. The hot tub needs to be filled up hotter . The Jet’s of hot tub spayed all the way last parking spot . When you turn on . come in. The drive way spayed that far. Otherwise it was good
The cabin was super cute and the hot tub was an added bonus. The neighborhood is close to Fairplay and lots of great hikes. Communication was easy, but would recommend having a book or binder for guests that contains house and local info, wifi and check out instructions.
Poor craftsmanship lead to a lot of injuries with the children. A lot of logs scattered the property. We did not get what we paid for on this one. I will leave it at that.
Overall good....few issues....no A/C, outdoor grill was dirty and unusable. KPOD coffee maker not functioning. Fire service stopped by and asked questions I couldn't answer and directed them to Owner. Please note elevation
