"This is an interesting hotel. The front desk staff had a great attitude and explained policies to ensure there was no misunderstanding while staying there. The lobby had a strange smell, mixture of cigarette or marijuana smoke. The room was recently renovated which was great! The shower curtain was not long enough to stop water from splashing out and the shower curtain rod was not secured properly. You can hear upstairs guests/tenants throughout the night. Fire alarm definitely works in the room as I was jolted awake at 1am to the fire alarm going off. Luckily it was a false alarm but quite shocking to say the least. "

"If you’re looking for Quality don’t let the name fool you. The bathroom sink would not drain. In the shower there was hair on the shower wall. The floor of the tub had dirt on it. The toilet basin drained all night. The complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles, bagel, toast and apples. "

"The staff was not responsive. They charged a deposit on the TV remote control. The room was dirty."

"Staff wasn’t very welcoming, seemed a bit short and irritated during check in. The room was nice and clean, however, we did find a big bug in our room later that night. We checked to see if any other bugs were in sight but we didn’t find any, thank goodness. We called the front desk and let them know about the bug. They came to the room right away and was very apologetic and offered to switch our room (which was appreciated), but we were exhausted from an extended drive and a bday party. "

"Host was very welcoming and didnt hesitate to answer any questions.. house was great and in a quiet neighborhood.. close enough to St louis but also has a small town feel to it!!"

"The room was at the top of the stairs so I had to listen to the employees loudly converse until 3am! I thought putting a towel at the bottom of the door would help but there were no towels in the room! The room/bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat was on actually laying on the floor when I arrived. When I returned the key to the desk upon my departure, the desk employee was sleeping on the lobby couch! Horrific. Wyndham should NOT affiliate themselves with Days Inn. This is the second bad stay I’ve had at Days Inn in the last few months. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. "

"The staff were pleasant, but when checked in all that was told to us was where to park and the location of our room, nothing about breakfast. There was no info in the hotel room that went over this either so we had to ask. The hotel itself was updated, but could use a little work on room cleaning as walking on the floors kept dragging particles into our beds from our feet. Also, one of our "clean" washclothes had small black hairs all over it. I'm not sure if that came from where it was folded and layed out or where I had placed it in the shower (thankfully I saw it before use). That all being said, the hotel was what we expected for the price and the update made it better than when we stayed a couple years ago. The location is perfect for the convention center and it was a totally fine hotel for a 1 night stay. "
