"We stayed for only one night and didn't have time to use all the hotel's services. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows—they were a bit hard.The staff was friendly."

"We had a good stay at the condo- at check in the batteries in the lock were running low- I called & a gal came over promptly and changed them. She made sure the lock worked and we had no problem.We found the furniture comfortable & kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The staff were very accommodating and kind. We arrived late, and they were gracious enough to allow us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. They were also very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The location is great and very close to Fairmont Hot Springs. It’s also a great place for families, especially if you have kids who enjoy sports and outdoor activities. We had a great experience and would definitely come back again!"

"This was a last minute rental and we knew this was not a five star accommodation. However the unit was very clean, the beds really comfortable and the place was well equipped, particularly with the three flat screen tvs. Unfortunately the dining room chairs and living room sofas although showing little external wear were obviously old and not that comfortable to sit on. We knew there was no air conditioning or bbq. We brought our own bbq. Fans were not enough to keep the place cool. If the furniture was replaced, the air conditioning fixed the unit and bbq provided would be a good bargain at present list price."
