"Perfect location for attending an event at the arena or the convention center. Also, it is adjacent to all the downtown government buildings. Clean room with everything a business traveler or tourist could want. As a business traveler, I appreciated the in-room coffee maker, medium-size refrigerator, microwave, an iron and ironing board, lots of electrical outlets, and a small table and chairs. It was very comfortable and a nice place to be after very busy days at the conference. The staff was very friendly, and parking was free—all that, and a very reasonable price. I would come back."

"There was an event and front desk was very accomodating. They were polite, helpful, calm. Bar attendant was super cool and friendly. Except my housekeeper, she seems like shes rushing us out. I didnt like that and it didnt sit well with me. We were ready to check up but I had to feed my son real quick and has asthma. "

"we didn't even stay there!!.. homeless all around, inside room broken dead bolt, holes in the walls, reaked of ciggerrette smoke. sketchy looking guy rode past on a bike looking hrough our window. Restaurant next door had metal bars. NOT SAFE! we cancelled and went somewhere else. FRONT DESK WAS SO KIND!!.. she was polite and check in was very easy. (even though i only stayed 10 minutes) Even when i had to check out she was polite and helpful, gave me my deposit back right away. That girl needs a raise!!"
