"My stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff was attentive and had great communication throughout the stay. Upon arrival at the property the stay didn’t want us to exert any energy lifting bags, opening doors, not even the elevator button. Nessa, Thembela, Tatyana, Calvin and David all deserve 5 stars for their 5 star service. The building smelled amazing. The food at the bar was so tasty!! I can not say enough about the bedding. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Just the right amount of soft and firmness. My only complaint is that I couldn't get a late check out because they were expecting a full house and the restaurant was closed for the day. I will definitely visit again."

"Great location downtown. Everything is in walking distance to downtown. We were able to walk to the aquarium, coke-cola, parks, and food. Parking is valet, but if you have every visited any big city's before then you already know that it is the same. Valet parking was very easy to use, and they were wonderful. Staff is very nice and helpful with questions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
