"The name is true. We got a quiet room in a convenient location for a great price. "

"Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "

"We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. "

"Lovely property... Clean rooms and nice staff. HOWEVER the breakfast I would say is 2/10! I am a stickler for breakfast! Not many options were available and it seemed as if it were a "first come first served" ordeal. "

"Was sent to an occupied room, with another couple in it. This is a major concern and red flag—also a reason we asked for a refund. The front desk was apologetic and granted the refund, but walking in on another couple could have had unimaginable consequences. Also, the amenities near the lobby were in disrepair and unclean. "

"Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was ok but did have a good variety. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable. But I would stay there again."
