Just a walk to the beach, and a walk to town...you can enjoy the best that Fairfield has to offer. Spend a day on the beach and walk home to change for the nearby restaurants and bars, or sit back and enjoy the natural gas fire-pit for a night in.

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with en suite full bath's. There are 3 desks already set up for WFH and the house is wired with fiber optic internet.
