The home is just a two-minute walk to a public beach and nearby public golf course and tennis courts. The home comes with chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and beach towels for the summer months. There are three balconies for lounging as well as a rooftop with a couch, as well as a patio adjacent to the house. There are three full bathrooms and a half bath. One guest bathroom shower doubles as a steam room, while the primary bath offers a standalone soaking tub. The guest bedroom with the full bed and the bedroom with the trundle bed share a bathroom with a shower and tub. There are two parking spaces in the garage and two cars can be parked outside.
