When we arrived the guy asked for ID , scanned it through some 3rd party database that decides for the hotels if you're worthy of staying there. Apparently I'm a "criminal", we were turned away. No heads up a to this being a thing, I booked online, knew nothing about this possibility until we arrived at 10pm. Luckily Expedia was very helpful and it took about an hour, but they handled everything on their end including making sure that wouldn't happen at the next hotel. We ended up going to the microtel and it was good. No problems there. Just be weary. I will say this, I've been to this hotel in the past and that's why I picked it. I like this hotel. I do not like their new policy or how they're implementing it. The whole 3rd party look up is crazy, "computer says you're criminal, sorry" it's a hotel room, not first and last on an apartment.

Bed was comfy and the room was clean. No coffee pot or anything in the room. large potholes in the parking lot. There's a weird smell in the hotel all the time, but no smell in the room. Wouldn't be surprised if they offered hourly rates. You get what you pay for at this place, so don't expect luxury on about $50 a night.

The staff was friendly. Outside and inside was kept up well. The room could have used a better cleaning especially the floor and dusting. The stove top was missing a knob and cigarette burns on the counter tops. The pillows definitely could be upgraded and there were no blanket on the bed. Overall, a decent place just bring pillows and a blanket.

The room was very simpile, it was clean, towel were great. Nothing in the kitchen drawers, need tv guide on paper or a welcome packet in the room to let you know what is around like... restaurants to activities.

My room 138, had an intense fragrance. The fragrance was probably to mask old cigarette smoke odor; I was getting random wiffs of cigarette smoke throughout the night. The bed and bathroom were clean. The floor looked clean. The neighboring clients were sketchy acting and I wouldn't say I felt "safe"

Your responsible to remove own trash to dumpster and no trashcan in room was my only problem. room, refrigerator,stovetop and microwave clean no oven no dishes very pet friendly just needs more green space to walk dogs.. reason not 5 star rated is nothing is perfect but I rated everything fairly

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Got there and brought all of our bags in and as I’m bringing last bag my Fiance tells me we can’t stay here. When I asked why she said they just had a roach crawling on our baby (6months). We left immediately (no one was at counter to even checkout). We ended up staying at the Hampton inn in Xenia! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

If you are on the brink of bankruptcy but you still want to come visit the usaf museum, this is the place for you. There was no house keeping , no hair dryer, and no shampoo, the wall is so thin I heard the fart sound from next room. Like the old saying, you get what you pay for.

The room was nasty, the place smelled like a bar from the 70’s, it was so bad we could not even stay there and went to another hotel. If I was you I would take this place off your website! I called asking for a refund!

There was no hotel name at the front, we had to check the building number. No shampoo provided (I asked). Just 2 bars of soap, I asked and got a third for the kitchen sink No ice machine, or ice trays to make ice in freezer (I asked, and they gave me stack of Styrofoam cups, perhaps the worst type of cups to make ice) No utensils or plates or bowls in kitchenette besides 2 pans. No spare TP roll. No chair in room! Not one! How can a room not have even a simple plastic chair!? Slightly sketchy clientele, hanging around entrances
