Do not stay here.

Room was really beat down . Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. Then the key wouldn’t work for the second room. Second try didn’t work and he wanted me to wait for someone to repair it. I asked for a refund…he lied and said his ‘system didn’t do that’. I told him I knew he was lying and he finally refunded me but it took him another 20 mins to do so.

Desk clerk did not know how to run the hotel: assigned me a room which already had someone in it, which I found when I opened the door; did not know the Wifi password; could not get the printer to work to print me a receipt. The room smelled so strongly of incense from the office next door, that I could not sleep and sometimes started coughing. Walls thin; I heard the people in adjacent unit fighting and cursing.
