This place is bizarre. I never found any staff there. I called all numbers related to my reservation and no one ever came back. Our windows were sealed shut..like locked. Our door, on the other hand, would NOT lock. Smelled strong of chemicals. We spent hours on the phone with hotel.com trying to ...
