"Staff were sweet and helpful. There is a $10 nightly additional fee at check-in. If you're just looking for bed the cheapest you can find, that's what this is. It's very rundown but not the worst. Bare minimum for the bare minimum. No towels no shower head, no working TV. But there was a mirror on the ceiling and for fifty bucks that was pretty funny! Just don't expect more and you'll be fine. Would stay again if I needed a cheap room for a concert. No bugs."

"My ONLY complaint was at check-in. We are Omni members and I reached out ahead of time to let them know we were arriving at 11am. At check-in, they wanted to charge us an extra fee to have access to a room. Otherwise, we would have to wait until 4pm to check-in. That has not happened in my other Omni experiences. The pool was clean and has great views. The room was clean, beds were comfy, A/C worked great. Food was delicious. But, that initial check-in was a bummer."

"Stayed for 5 nights and everything was great! The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly, the hotel restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. (Our server Sue was an absolute delight and so much fun) the beds were super comfortable and the taco place in the parking lot was amazing! My only complaint was the smell of the cleaning product they use irritated my sinuses. Great place to stay!"

"We loved our stay! The location was great, the place was very clean, and access right off Canton Street was easy. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer instructions for garage parking. The process was simple once we figured it out: pull up to the garage, take a ticket, and park. We paid just 10 when we left the next morning. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent place to stay in. The host was very responsive and attentive to our queries. They provided plenty of supplies in the kitchen. All appliances were working well. The dishwasher was a bit confusing for me since it seemed like it had a longer wash cycle than what I'm used to. But it cleaned very well. Clean beds and bathrooms. We did unfortunately run out of shower gel in one of the bathrooms because we were quite a few people. There is a Fiesta grocery store where you can get almost everything you'd need and also a gas station that are about a mile away. Dos Equis pavilion is so close to the property. There isn't any garage parking, but plenty of driveway parking for about 5-7 cars based on the size of your rigs."
