I travel a lot and This was one of the nicest places I have stayed in my 58 plus years of traveling many continents!!! Also Isreal is still a wonderful place to go don’t let the news keep you away!!! I was just there for 11 days and I was very safe!!!

"Probably the best stay in Israel! It is not a hotel but a private house. The host is a perfect communicator, and charming. The property is super clean, with a lot of fresh air. It was a very nice but short stay on our travel to Beersheba. It is relatively close to the airport."

"Property was decent but staff weren't friendly at all. I only encountered one friendly person at check in but never saw that person again during my stay. Everyone else was very unfriendly to a point they don't even greet you when you walk in the hotel. Same applies in the hotel restaurant. "

"Literally The Best hotel in Bat Yam .Views are stunning Located just on the beach across the street ,quiet area .Public transportation near by .We used Gett app for taxi which is affordable
Staff is very friendly ,trying accommodate above and beyond with any needs .Hotel is very clean , just recently opened .I think it was a good idea to have breakfast which had many choices /decent food .But there is a very nice cafe on the first floor of same building ,so if you breakfast coffee and croissant maybe it makes sense for you . Along the beach area there are several restaurants for lunch and dinner .We enjoyed every minute spent there "

I’m willing to go the extra mile to help you out. For the most part, I can overlook that I would stay there again and again great location near the beach near Mike’s place near McDonald’s. Each room is well and practically designed. The room makes the best use of the space. The location is excellent, close to all the restaurants and Bars in the Florentine area of Tel Aviv. The only negative is that it is very hard to park in. you should be prepared that you may get a parking ticket. fortunately, a parking ticket is not that expensive in TelAviv. "
