"Check in and check out process was smooth. The rooms were as pictured. "

"The breakfast menu was high end, so was the bar service and front office staff. Staff were very courteous and helpful and helped with an early check in especially when switching hotels. Only issue encountered was the lack of hot water for showers. Upon notice, they fixed it right away. A small inconvenience but a great place to stay with kids. Mini kitchenette was amazing. Loved the stay. "

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable but the lighting was bad. Lamps were dim and yellow and light in hallway was a large motion light that would come on if you went to the bathroom at night waking everyone up. Stupid. Had to go to another floor for ice. Carts were very inconvenient creating lots of extra walking after a tiring day. Carts were small. Did not see parking fee disclosure when choosing property. Parking was confusing. No spa facilities, but tub was big and deep. Excellent breakfast. "
