Strategically located near both Sandy Bay and not far from the Strand and beach, Hamilton flat is a downstairs flat in a fine, semi-detached Edwardian villa, beautifully refurbished and modernised, made sleek, bright with stripped floors and simple colour palette, situated just a 15 minute walk from Exmouth town centre and only a 20 minute walk to the marina and the 2 miles of sandy beach

its a nice big flat but too far away from the beach front for us.
All the facilities are very good, the access to the garden is brilliant. The only thing we found was that the towells were too small,everything else excellent.
