"This is a basic three star hotel right in the centre of Exmouth, only a 4-5 min walk from town centre. Large grounds which are a bit run down but functional. Pros: unbeatable location convenient to town centre and grocery shopping, cafes, brewery, restaurants etc; range of accommodation from shared dorm rooms to two bedroom apartments. I had twin room( queen bed plus single bed)-mattress was clean and comfortable, room was spacious and had microwave, toaster, kettle, basic crockery and...

"Stayed 3 nights. Did swimming with whale sharks and snorkelling on the ocean side and Yardie creek boat tour. All excellent. Property was modern luxurious and spacious. Used the bbq one night and ate out the others."

"Lovely property. we had a beautiful stay. The view is amazing. House had everything a family would need including toys and books for the kids. unfortunately, the barbecue was bit dirty and no gass but with a full kitchen it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again "

"It is a great location but wasn’t very comfortable to stay in. The place wasn’t very clean (dust and hair under the toaster) and the shower leaked. The door was hard to use and mozzies easily came in and out of the room through the gap underneath. TV didn’t work and when we rang up we didn’t get any feedback if it would be fixed or not."
