"This is a basic three star hotel right in the centre of Exmouth, only a 4-5 min walk from town centre. Large grounds which are a bit run down but functional. Pros: unbeatable location convenient to town centre and grocery shopping, cafes, brewery, restaurants etc; range of accommodation from shared dorm rooms to two bedroom apartments.
