Dog friendly family home just a short walk from Exmouth beach and town with off road parking.
The private walled garden is a delightful sun trap with gas BBQ, 'casual dining' patio furniture and recliners. The summer sun is captured until the last moments of the day.
Sky TV and a log burner make for a cosy lounge on those colder days and there is a separate lounge for playing games or relaxing with a book.
The family kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, six ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a study with a desk, chair and high speed broadband.
The three bedrooms are all large and airy. Two have king size beds and one has a super king bed that can be configured as two singles.
Upstairs family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Downstairs shower room and WC.
