"Fantastic property. Updated amenities. Cozy and quiet. There is a lot to do around it. Bentonville, Buena vista, Eureka springs, beaver lake etc are all within a quick drive. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. "

"Great cozy place. Well decorated and it had just about everything I needed. Host was attentive to asks such as extra firewood, and quickly resolved a lock out. While this was a great stay in winter, in summers it would be even better to enjoy the soak tub, the outdoor firepit and marshmallow roasting kit as well as the plethora of stars visible from the home.
