Even though this is a budget hotel, the rooms are always extremely clean and the waffles are delicious!! The manager (owner?) is very kind, too.

Do not expect the property to have all the bells and whistles of bigger named hotels, however, it has everything you need for a good night sleep. The front desk clerk was very nice. The property was very quiet and I slept better than I have at other hotels. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay again.

This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly. You can tell this hotel is trying to clean and improve itself. Breakfast was standard waffle or cereal but clean and well kept.

Good value. Immediately brought me a replacement hair dryer when one in a room didn’t work. We had a second floor room in back so was very quiet.

The room was nice, it has all the amenities that are listed on the website. They also have a free breakfast which is simple. It was clean and they left fresh towels each day. The downside for me was all the marijuana smell when you walk down the hall and you can also smell it in your room. They need some way to circulate the air.
