"From when we arrived everything was great. The people in the reception area were welcoming and informative. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. Would stay there again if we are in the area."

"We stayed 2 nights and the hot water wasn't working each time we went to use it on all three days we were there. Each day we reported it and it was fixed until the next day we went to us it and it wasn't hot. My cousin had the room next to us same thing. We were on the second floor and the people above were so noisy all day and night long . The hotel relocated my cousin after 1 night but I didn't want to go thru the move but should have. The night before we left I went to take a shower... Cold again. To make things worse when we were leaving in the morning the elevator was out of order. Can't make this up. Forgot to mention we were planing on eating at the restaurant Friday evening and when going to diner it was closed!"

"Absolutely horrible experience with this hotel. I had a confirmed reservation, and when we arrived at hotel at 10:30pm after 14 hrs of traveling, they tell me the room was cancelled and there are no other rooms available. I have traveled globally for over 30 years and very often and NEVER has a hotel just canceled a reservation on me. It was almost impossible to find a room elsewhere in the middle of the night as there are not many around the area.. Go elsewhere I have reservations for a large block of rooms with La Quinta elsewhere and will be canceling them all."
