Spacious townhouse with an ensuite and shared bathroom facilities. This semi detached townhouse is a smart modern four bedroom home with one bedroom having a single bed in with storage draws underneath. If you are a party of eight then I've prepared a single blow up bed for you to use. The house is situated just off Topsham Road, approx 3.5 miles from Exeter city centre and 1 mile from Topsham. The M5, local shops, pubs and Sandy Park Rugby ground, are all less than 1 miles from the house.

Great location of the property for what we required over our weekend stay. Close to the city, neighbourhood was nice and peaceful. Facilities at the property were good, plenty of space throughout the house and Joel was a very communicative host, thank you!

Good location for us visiting our family
Not what we expected and standard was 3 star! It appeared we were staying in the owner’s property vacated for our stay, whilst serviceable and well-equipped, overall the floors and skirting were all dirty as was some crockery and cutlery.
Great place for a family stay! Lovely neighborhood near a beautiful golf course, away from the hustle and bustle. Joel was terrific to work with both attentive and friendly. Would happily stay again next time we are in Exeter.

However VRBO please sort out your website as we could never open our messages but luckily were able to message with our host separately in the end. Also initial full payment turned out to then have hidden charges.
i had some employees stay here for work and i received no complaints from them and had lots of friendly communication from the owner. would book them in again.
