"DO NOT BOOK!!! We got to town around 3pm and the hotel was closed and there was no response (check-in began at 12:30 according to the listing and there were suppose to be staff until 11pm). Called all 3 numbers listed on the door and the calls "could not be completed." Checked my email and the hotels.com listing to make sure I had not missed any messages but there were no messages. "Mini paradise! Wonderful room, we loved being on the garden level, super clean, views forever……. Infinity pool with even more incredible views. Restaurant was superb — we ate there all three nights of our stay. Location - perfect, close to both Levanto and bonosolla. (?). We were tired of the crowds at Chico Terra, and all the tourist shops, Yvonne at least gave us a different experience, and this hotel was perfectly situated. You do need a car though. Again, a little slice of heaven for us."

"When we first arrived at Hotel Park Argento (HPA),..our first thought was it wasn't going to be that good BUT read on...we were very wrong...it turned out to be a GREAT stay with Park Argento. The staff is awesome... Maria at the front desk, was SOOO nice and sweet....Michele (Micael) the bartender (who makes the best Espresso Martini I've ever had...BY FAR) and Georgio the waiter at Guido Restaurant on site were all incredible people. AND let me not forget all the women who worked so hard at breakfast, so friendly and accommodating, not joking...they felt like friends by the time we left. They responded so quickly and pleasantly all the time. The rooms are really spacious, the bathroom is ok, the showers are really tiny although the water pressure is great. The pool area is also really comfortable...nice chairs and the Hotel provides bathrobes and slippers for everyone in the rooms. Also..the Spa area is sort of connected to the pool area and I did a massage and ooooh....SOOO good! The little drawback is that its not in Cinque Terre...its one town removed to the northeast. It's the 1st stop on the train after Monterosso so its not that bad. You do get used to it after a couple days and HPA offers a free pick up shuttle from both the train and city center too. Like I said earlier...very nice. All-in-all I, would recommend them...and don't judge the book by its cover."

"The hotel is very central to everything and a short walk from the beach. Hotel provides fresh beach towels upon request and the staff was incredibly helpful. Marina went above and beyond helping with the last minute reservations and recommendations. The shower in our room had an unpleasant odor upon checking in and Marina addressed it within minutes and made sure the rest of our stay was as pleasant as possible. Towels warmer in the bathroom was a nice addition. The breakfast was pretty basic but the coffee was made to order and very nice. Overall it was a very positive experience and we enjoyed staying in Levanto."

The 4th-floor terrace and lounge offer beautiful views and serve as a bar at night and a buffet in the morning. My sea-view room on the 3rd floor had a lovely view. The staff is friendly, and the hotel provides beach towels for guests (which was not specified online). Great experience and would come back again and again!"
