"Great overnight stop just before the Swiss border, this was our third time here. Basic rooms but clean with very comfy beds. Good parking on site, easy to get to once you know where it is, handy right next to a big Autan supermarket and filling station. Wonderful self service breakfast, All fresh with lots of choice, will stay again on our way home. Great value."

"Unser dreitägiger Kurztripp ins Land der "milles Etangs"begann etwas abenteuerlich. Unser Quartier war unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar, eine Bestätigung für den Check-in bekamen wir auch nicht, so dass wir nach langem Läuten froh waren, dass uns überhaupt jemand öffnete. Als Ersatz für unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekamen wir dann nach einigen Verständigungsschwierigkeiten - wir sprechen selbst nur wenig französisch - für die 1. Nacht ein nettes sauberes Häuschen in der Nähe und...

"Beeindruckendes Chateau. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Möblierung unserer Suite entsprach allerdings nicht dem Standard des Gebäudes. Da es im Hotel kein Restaurant gibt und in Villiersexel nur 2 Lokale sollten sich Gäste über deren Öffnungszeiten informieren um nicht hungrig zu bleiben."

"This was a wonderful discovery! Beautiful tranquil setting with a charming host. The property is accessible via a quaint forest road. Having meals on our veranda overlooking the lake was a wonderful break. Dinner was perfect (4-course), and breakfast fresh and included lovely pastries and or course a gorgeous Frech croissant, the perfect start to a day in the charming French countryside."
