The hotel is well located, right across from the train station with restaurants and fast food nearby. Parking is available for guests. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable. There was a kettle with tea and coffee provided. I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was perfect for a quick stopover on route. Very clean and basic. Must give praise to receptionist on booking in as she had a lot of difficult customers to deal with in one go but realy kept her cool.

A bit sad experience

None of our gps'es had the official adress. A bit tricky just to find the street in the stress'ed trafic. Very good free parking. The receptionist unengaged and spoke very fast. We had to make a deposit of 100 €. A very small room. We couldn't find but fast food near by. A bit sad experience.

We used this as an overnight stop to are main destination. Easy to find and reasonable. Good points parking off street, family room. Nice breakfast, polite staff. Bad points car park not secure, anyone can walk around to it. No lock on toilet door in room. Air con not working very well. No kettle in the room.

Hôtel bien situé à Belfort à côté de la gare. Chambre propre. Le Petit Déjeuner qui avait été vivement conseillé sur le site hotels.com était plutôt basique tout comme les produits proposés des viennoiseries aux produits laitiers au vu de son prix. En charcuterie, il n'y avait que de la rosette même pas de jambon (non livré alors qu'on était mardi!). Heureusement que j'aime le porc ! La serveuse était désolée et nous a proposé un café à emporter en dédommagement donc c'était sympa de sa part mais ne remplaçait pas l'expérience "d'1 bon petit déjeuner complet pour débuter la journée !".

La chambre était très propre et le lit vraiment confortable. Le garçon qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée était tout juste poli. Par la suite toutes les autres membres du personnel était vraiment gentille et soucieuse de nous aider. Le déjeuner était excellent.
