Come relax in this large, cozy and private cul-de-sac home enjoying the beautiful patio and hot tub after a day at the Augusta National! This home is 10.8 miles to the Augusta National and 5.9 miles to the Champions Retreat Golf Club.

This home features 5 bedrooms (1 king & 4 queen beds) and 3.5 bathrooms. The main living room has a 65 '' HDTV and the large upstairs bedroom has a 55'' HDTV. The house is equipped with WIFI on both levels of the house to insure no dead spots.

First Level:

1. Master bedroom - King bed w/ attached master bath and separate shower and soaking tub

Second level:

2. Large Guest Room - Queen bed with sofa and sitting area and shared full bathroom w/ Guest room 3. (Sofa opens up into a queen size bed if need enabling the home to host 12 guests in total)

3. Guest Bedroom - Queen bed and shared full bathroom w/ Guest room 2. This bathroom has double sinks as well.

4. Guest Bedroom - Queen bed and shared full bathroom with Guest room 5.

5. Guest Bedroom - Queen bed and shared full bathroom with Guest room 4.

A large gormet kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and built in microwave oven. There is seating at the kitchen bar, the breakfast nook, and the dining room table for a total of 14.

A highlight of this property is the 900 sq foot patio with a 4 person jacuzzi overlooking the golf course inspired backyard landscape. Additionaly, the backyard includes a screened in porch, fire pit, and Weber grill.
